Rules & Regulation

GENERAL

  • has to maintain College discipline, in or outside of the College, smoking, abuse, alcohol, involvement in politics or any gathering activity (which may effect the study atmosphere or may put College in discomfort) is strictly prohibited.
  • 75% attendance in each class is required to appear in the final examination.
  • change in the rules and regulations has to be abided by every student without any protest.
  • decision of the Management of the College will be final and binding in case of any dispute arising in any matter.
  • any kind of misbehavior with staff or creating disturbances in class room and in the College premises by a students or group of students, a full range of disciplinary action will be taken i.e. student will be expelled from the Institute and depending upon his/her fault can be under legal action. A student expelled on disciplinary grounds will be never readmitted to this College.

Payment of College dues will be accepted in cash or bank draft issued in favour of 'VIVEKANAND VICHARDHAM SHIKSHA EVAM SAMAJ KALYAN SAMITI' Payable at Bhopal.

INFORMATION TO PARENTS / GUARDIANS

An effort on the part of the college, however, sincere and dedicated it may be, will go all waste, unless whole hearted co-operation comes from the guardians of the students as well as the students them selves. The process of learning is always like two way traffic. Therefore, aclose, consistent and integrated interaction between the college and the guardians is most essentially required. The College has laid down an open clear administrative and academic plan :

  • college provide the services of the best possible highly qualified and experienced Professors/Lecturers.
  • provide a congenial and educational environment to the students in the college.
  • Efficient arrangements of practical is undertaken along with the theory.
  • A cumulative record of performance of the students is maintained and the guardians are duly informed of the progress of their wards.
  • Internal examinations / Monthly test are conducted and the guardians are duly informed.
  • An attempt is always made to have more working days.
  • Discipline and its observance in an earnest manner is a hall mark of the college.
  • In order to see an efficient functioning of the college, all the guardians are requested to lend a helping and co-operating hand to the working teams, both on administrative side and the academic side.

Student Discipline

Students are expected to maintain a high standard of discipline. The following are deemed to be acts of indiscipline.

  • Disregards of College rules, order and notices.
  • Irregular attendance and un-authorised absence from classes.
  • Persistent negligence in studies.
  • Recourse to unfair means in test and examinations.
  • Failure to produce identity card on demand by member of staff at any time and place, within the institute, hostel and town.
  • Un sportsman like behaviour in indoor and outdoor games.
  • Negligent use to College property.
  • Disregards of orders and instructions of the members of the college staff.
  • Noisly boisterous, disorderly and obnoxious behaviours.
  • Lack of Punctuality in attendance, in payment of College dues and in other matters where dates and time of any duties, functioning or obligation are prescribed.
  • Ragging of Junior students.
  • Recourse to false, Fraudulent statements or acts.
