Nurses teams are often the largest contingent of professionals on hand at a hospital community health nursing and different site. The first line role in nursing management is hospital care with all the more significant views of their ability to provide both individual care and to deal with people's needs.

In this context Aurovindo College of Nursing has supported the student in developing their career by training B.Sc. Nursing, G.N.M. & A.N.M. etc. The degree training package has been designed of efficient infrastructure to equip nursing personal with higher education, well experienced devoted for profession have additional skills in out reach of nursing education services.
